Limited Warranty — By Model
Every Lufalight device is covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, starting from the date of delivery. Coverage length depends on the model:

- LED arrays, control units, power adapters, and straps/stands are covered.
- If a covered defect occurs, we will repair or replace your device free of charge, including return shipping within Canada & USA.
- Devices are manufactured in an ISO 13485 & FDA-registered facility, and tested to IEC 60601 medical safety standards before shipping.
What's Not Covered
- Damage from misuse, drops, water exposure, or unauthorized modification/repair.
- Normal cosmetic wear (scuffs, scratches) that does not affect function.
- Devices purchased from unauthorized third-party resellers.
- For the Solaris9 BK300 Executive Edition specifically: the UVB lamp is a consumable component and is covered for 90 days; the device frame, control unit and timer remain covered for the full 2-year warranty period.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Email lufalight@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos/video if possible.
- Our support team will troubleshoot with you — many issues can be resolved without a return.
- If a repair or replacement is needed, we'll send a prepaid shipping label (Canada & USA) for the defective unit.
- A repaired or replacement device is shipped out once the original is received, typically within 5–10 business days.
