- To send order confirmations, shipping updates, and respond to inquiries.

- To improve our website, products, and customer experience.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your shopping cart contents (stored locally in your browser), remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use our site. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers below, each under confidentiality/data-processing obligations:
- Stripe (payment processing) — receives your payment details and billing information to securely process your transaction. Lufalight never sees or stores your full card number.
- Supabase (database hosting) — stores your order records (name, shipping address, order contents) on our behalf in an access-controlled database; Supabase does not use this data for its own purposes.
- DHL Express / FedEx (shipping carriers) — receive your shipping name and address to deliver your order and provide tracking.
- Klaviyo (email) — receives your email address (and order details, if you've opted in) to send order confirmations and, with your consent, marketing emails.
- Authorities, where required by law.
Your Rights
Depending on your location (e.g. under PIPEDA in Canada or applicable US state privacy laws), you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, or to opt out of marketing communications. To exercise these rights, email lufalight@gmail.com.
