Medical Disclaimer:Lufalight red and near-infrared light therapy devices are intended for general health, wellness, skincare, and muscle recovery. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any specific disease or medical condition. Always consult your qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new wellness therapy if you are pregnant, take photosensitizing medications, or have specific medical concerns.

3Accounts & Security

When you create a customer account, B2B wholesale account, or Ambassador account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

4Orders, Pricing & Payments

All prices are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity. Payments are processed securely in your selected currency via authorized payment gateways.

5Warranty & Returns

Lufalight provides a standard 2-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty covering technical defects under normal intended use, alongside our 60-Day Risk-Free Return Guarantee for eligible direct consumer purchases in accordance with our return guidelines.

6Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lufalight and its affiliates, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use our products or services.
