Shipping — Canada & the USA
All orders ship via DHL Express or FedEx (we use whichever offers the better rate/transit time for your address). Choose your speed at checkout:

- Processing time: 1–2 business days before your order ships from our warehouse.
- Remote areas: may take an additional 3–5 business days beyond the estimates above.
- Tracking: a DHL or FedEx tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it from door to door.
- Customs & duties: All listed prices are final — Lufalight covers any applicable duties or import fees on Canada & USA orders.
Our Free-Trial Return Policy
We want you to feel confident choosing red light therapy. That's why every Lufalight device is backed by a free-trial money-back guarantee — no restocking fee, ever. Trial length depends on the device:

Bundles follow the longer trial period of the devices they include. If you're not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return your device within its trial window for a full refund of the purchase price.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a free-trial refund, your return must meet the following conditions:
- The return is requested within 30 days of delivery and shipped back within 14 days of receiving your return authorization.
- The device is in like-new, fully functional condition — clean and free of damage beyond normal trial use.
- It is returned in the original packaging with all accessories, cables, manuals, and free gifts included.
- You have a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Returns that arrive with missing accessories, significant wear, or damage caused by misuse may be refused or issued a partial refund reflecting the missing or damaged items.
How to Start a Return
- Contact us at lufalight@gmail.com (or lufalight@gmail.com) with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We'll reply within 1–2 business days with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return address. Please do not ship anything back before receiving your RA number — unauthorized returns may not be processed.
- Pack the device securely in its original packaging with all accessories, and write your RA number clearly on the outside of the box.
- Ship it back using a trackable, insured shipping method within 14 days.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund directly through our secure payment provider (Stripe) back to your original payment method.
Return Shipping Costs
For change-of-mind returns under the money-back guarantee, you are responsible for arranging and paying the return shipping. We recommend a trackable, insured service, as Lufalight cannot be responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
We cover return shipping whenever the issue is our fault — a defective unit, a manufacturing fault under warranty, a damaged-in-transit package, or the wrong item shipped. In those cases we provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you (see below).
Refunds
- Once your returned device is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm approval.
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe — Lufalight never stores your card details. Approved refunds are issued automatically to your original payment method through this same system, typically within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to post the credit.
- The refund covers the purchase price of the device. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable on change-of-mind returns.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
- Devices returned after the 30-day trial window has closed.
- Devices with damage caused by misuse, drops, liquid exposure, or unauthorized repair/modification (these remain covered for manufacturing defects under the Warranty).
- Items missing their original packaging or essential accessories.
- Gift cards and clearance/final-sale items (clearly marked as such at the time of purchase).
- The BK300 UVB lamp consumable, once used, for hygiene and safety reasons (the device itself remains returnable/warrantied).
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, missing parts, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a few photos of the issue (and the outer box, if damaged in transit).
We'll make it right at no cost to you — including a prepaid return label — by sending a replacement, the correct item, or a full refund, whichever you prefer. This is separate from the free-trial return window and never counts against it.
Exchanges
Want a different model (for example, swapping the BeauMask for the BeauMask + BeauNeck-Décolleté)? Contact us within your device's trial period and we'll help you exchange it. You'll arrange return shipping for the original device, and simply pay any price difference for the new one — or receive a refund of the difference if the new device costs less.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Need to change or cancel an order? Contact us as soon as possible. Orders can usually be modified or cancelled free of charge any time before they ship (typically within the 1–2 business-day processing window). Once an order has shipped, it falls under the standard return process above.
Warranty
Beyond the free-trial window, every device carries a 1-2 year limited warranty (depending on model) covering manufacturing defects, with Lufalight paying return shipping on valid warranty claims. See our Warranty page for full coverage details and per-model terms.
